Agoro, By New Zealand Mint
We are thrilled to announce an exciting change for collectors the world over. New Zealand Mint Collectibles, which you have trusted for exquisite precious metal collectibles, is evolving into Agoro. This evolution represents our increased commitment to delivering unparalleled quality and innovation to the world of collectibles. Behind the scenes the same New Zealand Mint team you have come to trust is here, just with an increased focus on the world of collectibles.
Why the Change?
Over the years, it became evident that the dual focus of the New Zealand Mint brand, encompassing both bullion trading and consumer collectibles, was not optimally positioned to serve the unique needs of our collectors. This dual focus created confusion and diluted our ability to 100% serve the collectibles market. By evolving into Agoro, we can better focus on what matters most to you — world-renowned, precious metal collectibles.
Why “Agoro”?
The name Agoro combines Ag, the symbol for silver, and oro, meaning gold in Spanish and Italian. This name embodies our essence and our dedication to crafting beautifully designed precious metal collectibles that you will cherish.
What Does This Mean for You?
Total Focus on the Collector: With Agoro, our primary focus is on you, the collector. This change allows us to streamline our efforts and invest more in new processes, technologies, and licenses, leading to an enhanced experience for you. Expect higher quality products, more ingenious designs, and a more seamless collecting experience.
If you have any feedback at all about the change, we’d love to hear it. Get in touch via support@newzealandmint.com.
FAQs
What about products that are part of an ongoing series?
Product that is part of a current series will still have the same New Zealand Mint branding on it. That way if you’re collecting the whole series it will still make sense and look great.
What about New Zealand Mint as a standalone brand?
New Zealand Mint will continue to be involved in world-renowned silver and gold bullion investing. It is also our parent company.
Are you still making collectible coins with Niue?
Yes we are, this does not change. Most of our collectibles will continue to carry the Niue effigy, giving you further assurance about how many are being produced, as well as the purity of the precious metal.
